Mixed classes are great if you are joining on your own (which most people do) as there are always plenty of other member to train with. People join our classes at all times throughout the year, ensuring that new beginners will always have someone else at their level to train with. Martial Arts for children from 6 years old. Children love learning martial arts and benefit quickly from positive instruction as our junior classes are structured to deliver the many benefits obtained through martial arts training.
Taught by a female instructor, our ladies only kickboxing classes offer the opportunity to enjoy a new sport and benefit from a kickboxing workout in the ease of a fun, non-contact, safe all-female environment.
Our Tiny Kickboxing class provides an excellent and safe introduction to martial arts for the age group 3 – 5 years. Even at this age we find students enjoy the benefits martial arts brings whilst making new friends.
Without a doubt all students rapidly improve their martial arts abilities and knowledge with private tuition. One on one lessons working on any area of kickboxing you choose, from technique to self-defence to fitness to advanced kicks. Private lessons are usually one hour long but can be a length of time to fit in with your schedule.
